Install & First Run
OrbitAIO is a native desktop app for Windows and macOS. This page takes you from download to your first running task.
Coming from Energyzed-IO?
OrbitAIO is the successor to Energyzed-IO. The old app cannot auto-update into it — the update mechanism swaps a single file, and OrbitAIO installs as a proper application. Install OrbitAIO normally; it migrates your existing data (database, settings, backups) on first launch. Do not run both at the same time — the app detects that and tells you which one to close.
Install
Windows
Download OrbitAIO-<version>-Setup.exe from the releases page and run it. It is a normal installer — you can choose the install directory, and it installs for your user account only (no admin rights needed).
Windows Defender
Defender may flag the app on first run because the build is unsigned. If it does, open Virus & threat protection → Protection history, find the entry, and choose Allow on device. See Troubleshooting.
macOS
- Download
OrbitAIO-<version>-universal.dmgfrom the releases page. - Open the
.dmgand drag OrbitAIO into your Applications folder. - First launch: the build is unsigned, so macOS blocks it once. This is a one-time step.
macOS Sequoia (15) or later
- Double-click OrbitAIO in Applications. macOS says it can't be opened — click Done (there is no "Open" option in this dialog any more).
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to the Security section. You'll see a line saying OrbitAIO was blocked with an Open Anyway button — click it. The button disappears about an hour after step 1, so do it right away.
- Click Open Anyway again to confirm and enter your Mac login password.
macOS Ventura, Sonoma or earlier
- In Finder (not Launchpad), find OrbitAIO in Applications.
- Right-click (or Control-click) the icon and choose Open.
- Click Open in the dialog.
macOS remembers your choice — later launches work with a normal double-click.
macOS keychain prompt
On the very first launch macOS asks for permission to access the keychain, where OrbitAIO stores your encryption key. Answer the prompt. If it is left sitting unanswered the app waits for it and the window never appears.

Database, settings and automatic backups all live there. Backups are written on every startup, keeping the last 7.
1. Activate your license
Launch the app and enter your license key. After activation your Discord username and avatar appear in the app.
Hardware-bound
Your license is bound to one machine. To move it, reset your HWID at dashboard.energyzed.de — log in with Discord and click Reset HWID.
2. Create a profile
Go to Profiles, create a group, then add a profile.

Street and house number are separate fields
Several shops ask for them separately. Do not put "Musterstrasse 12" into the street field.
Planning to run Mueller? Set the Store ID
It lives in the "optional" section because most other stores ignore it, but Mueller requires it. An empty Store ID stops a Mueller task immediately with Missing store: set Store ID in the profile instead of picking a store for you. See the Mueller guide.
Jigs
Enter RANDOM for name or phone, XXX inside the address, or just @gmail.com as the email to randomize details at checkout time. Your saved profile is never modified. See Profiles.
3. Add proxies
Go to Proxies, create a group, and paste your proxies — one per line.

Use residential proxies. They are effectively required for Mueller and for Otto's checkout path, and they are the dominant factor for Lidl in Germany. Tasks rotate through the group automatically on blocks, network errors and session rebuilds.
4. Configure Settings
Two things are worth doing before your first drop:
- Discord webhook (Settings → Discord). More than a nicety: Lidl's payment links for PayPal, iDEAL and Google Pay are delivered only through the task log and the webhook, and Tonies uses it to ping you when your bank wants a card confirmation.
- Captcha service keys (Settings → Captcha). Smyths Toys does not start at all without the Hyper Solutions API key. Tonies needs a Capsolver key during high-demand releases, and Thalia, Osiander and Duo Shop need one only if you switch their Cloudflare option from
Built-intoCapSolver.

5. Create tasks
Go to Tasks, create a task group and pick a store — this cannot be changed later. Then add tasks:

6. Start
Click the play button on a task, or right-click the group and choose Start All.
Start early
Every live store benefits from a task that is already running and waiting when the drop happens — that is when sessions get prepared, carts get armed and slow one-off steps get done. Read your store's guide for what exactly it prepares.
