Troubleshooting

General

Task status stuck after stopping Update to the latest version. This was fixed in a recent release.

"No profile selected" Edit the task and assign a Profile Group.

Tasks keep restarting in a loop This is normal. When a checkout step fails, the bot restarts and tries the next proxy. Check the task's status text and the live log (list icon next to the task) for the specific error.

Visual glitches or blank screen Disable Hardware Acceleration in Settings > General and restart the app.

Proxies

All tasks show "Blocked (403)" Your proxies are blocked. Switch to a different provider or use residential proxies.

Ping test shows all red Check proxy format (ip:port or ip:port:user:pass), verify credentials, and confirm proxies are still active.

Captcha

"No Capsolver API key" Go to Settings > Captcha and enter your key. Required for Games Island, recommended for Euronics and Elbenwald (guest mode).

Baur / Quelle

Baur/Quelle: "No account selected" These stores require account-based checkout. Create an account group under the respective store in the Accounts tab and assign an account to your task.

Baur/Quelle: Login failed Verify your email and password. If the account doesn't exist, the bot can auto-register -- make sure your profile data is complete.

Comic Planet

Comic Planet: "Order validation failed" Check your shipping address fields (ZIP, city, street, house number).

Coolblue

Coolblue: "No account selected" Coolblue requires account-based checkout. Create an account group under the Coolblue store and assign an account to your task.

Coolblue: Login fails Verify your email and password are correct. If your Coolblue account has 2FA enabled, it may not work with the bot.

Coolblue: "PayPal redirect failed" The bot could not extract the PayPal payment link. It restarts automatically. If persistent, try different proxies.

Elbenwald

Elbenwald: Captcha failed repeatedly The bot retries automatically up to 3 times. If it keeps failing, make sure residential proxies are used and the Capsolver key is valid.

Euronics

Euronics: "Full product URL required" Paste the complete URL from your browser, not just the EAN number.

Euronics: "Sold out" but available on website The bot picks a dealer based on your shipping ZIP. That dealer may not have stock. Try a different ZIP in your profile.

Expert

Expert: "Invalid product" Enter the full expert.de product URL or the 8+ digit webcode.

Expert: "PayPal authorization pending" Open the PayPal link from your Discord webhook and complete the payment.

MediaMarkt / Saturn

MM/S: "Payment rejected" The selected payment method is not available for this product. Try a different payment method (e.g. Klarna or Vorkasse instead of PayPal).

MM/S: "Solving Cloudflare..." The bot detected a Cloudflare challenge and opens a browser to solve it. This is automatic -- no action needed. If it fails repeatedly, try switching proxies.

MM/S: "OOS -- retrying..." The product is out of stock. The bot is monitoring for restocks and will place the order automatically when stock appears.

MM/S: "Error: no IMAP configured" The account generator requires IMAP to read verification codes. Add an IMAP account in Settings (server, port, email, password).

MM/S: "Timeout waiting for DOI code" The verification email didn't arrive within 120 seconds. Check that your catchall domain is working and that the IMAP account in Settings can receive emails for that domain.

MM/S: "Email already registered" The generated email was already used. The bot automatically moves to the next email.

HHV

HHV: "Guest registration failed" Check your shipping address fields -- HHV is strict about ZIP/city/street formatting. Make sure House Number is filled in (separate field, not inside the Street field).

HHV: "Submit rejected" Usually transient during high load. The bot retries automatically.

Hornbach

Hornbach: Repeated session restarts Temporary blocks can occur during high traffic. The bot retries automatically -- residential proxies help if it keeps happening.

Lidl

Lidl: "Waiting for price drop" indefinitely The price exceeds your Max Price setting. Increase it, set to 0, or wait for an actual price drop.

Lidl: Payment fails Try Vorkasse. Rechnung (invoice) may require additional verification from Lidl and can fail on the first attempts with a new profile.

Mueller

Mueller: "Quantity not supported" The store has a per-product limit. Use a lower quantity or type MAX to auto-detect the limit.

Pagro

Pagro: "Invalid product URL" Pagro requires the full product URL starting with https://. Paste the complete URL from pagro.at.

Pagro: Session keeps restarting Residential proxies are recommended for Pagro. Switch to a different proxy provider if this persists.
