Term	Definition
ATC	Add to Cart. The step that places a product in the cart before checkout
C&C	Click & Collect. Order online, pay and collect in store. Mueller's only mode
CSV	Comma-separated values. Used for checkout exports and profile import/export
Delay	A task's retry interval in milliseconds while it waits for stock
Drop	A release or restock — the moment a watched product becomes buyable
EAN	The barcode number on a product. Accepted as product input for Mueller (8, 12 or 13 digits)
HWID	Hardware ID. Your license is bound to one machine; reset it on the User Dashboard to move
IMAP	Mail protocol used to fetch one-time codes from your inbox during checkout
Jig	A profile placeholder (RANDOM, XXX, @domain, X) replaced with random data at checkout
MAX mode	Typing MAX as the quantity to take the shop's own per-product limit
Monitor	A lightweight task that only detects stock and signals the checkout tasks in its group
OOS	Out of stock
OTP	One-time password. A short code emailed during some checkouts
PLZ	Postleitzahl — a German postal code
Pre-warm	Preparing a session, and where possible the cart, before stock appears, so the drop only costs the final requests
Prepayment	Vorkasse. The order is placed now and you transfer the money afterwards
Proxy	A server that routes traffic through another IP
Residential proxy	A proxy on a real consumer connection. What every live store wants — datacenter IPs get refused
SKU	A shop's own product number. Accepted as product input for Tonies
Vorkasse	German for prepayment — see above
Watchdog	A regular checkout task that waits for a monitor's signal instead of polling itself
Webhook	A URL that receives automated notifications, normally a Discord channel
Wildcard task	A task with *, empty or placeholder product input that takes whatever the group's monitors find
3DS	The card-confirmation step some banks require. You confirm it in your banking app — Tonies waits up to 5 minutes for you
