OBI

Guest checkout on obi.de or obi.at -- no account or login required. Two checkout modes, chosen automatically by whether you enter a PLZ:

• Reservieren & Abholen (Reserve & Collect) -- reserve at a nearby OBI Markt and pay at the store when you pick up. Enter a PLZ.
• Online (Versand) -- ship the item to your address and pay with PayPal. Leave the PLZ field empty.

Country

Choose Germany (obi.de) or Austria (obi.at) in the task creation form. Germany uses a 5-digit PLZ, Austria a 4-digit PLZ. Pasting a full product URL from either domain is enough -- the bot detects the country from the link even if the Country selector wasn't changed.

Paste the full product URL from obi.de or obi.at, e.g. https://www.obi.de/p/9685751/some-product-name or https://www.obi.at/p/8654204/some-product-name.

Choosing the Checkout Mode

Empty	Online (Versand) -- ships to your profile address, finishes via PayPal

Unlike some other stores, OBI's Reserve & Collect has no nationwide fallback -- a PLZ is required so the bot knows which markets to check.

Online (Versand) Checkout

Leave the PLZ empty to ship the item instead. Fill in your shipping and billing address on the profile (they can differ -- the bot handles a separate billing address automatically). If your profile has a VAT ID / USt-IdNr., the order is placed as a business (Firma) order automatically.

When the item is in stock, the bot prepares the order and produces a PayPal approval link, delivered via your Discord webhook. Open that link and confirm the payment in PayPal to complete the order.

Setup

1. Profile: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone. For Reservieren & Abholen no address is needed. For Online (Versand) add your shipping and billing address (and VAT ID if ordering as a business).
2. PLZ field: Enter a 5-digit postal code for Reservieren & Abholen, or leave it empty for Online (Versand).
3. Max KM: Search radius around the PLZ (Reservieren & Abholen only). Increase it if no market is found nearby.
4. Discord Webhook: Configure in Settings to receive confirmations.

How It Works

Reservieren & Abholen (PLZ entered):

1. The bot checks product availability across OBI Märkte within your PLZ radius.
2. Once a market with stock is found, the product is reserved there.
3. A guest checkout is completed with your profile details -- no payment is taken.
4. You receive a reservation confirmation with your order number via Discord webhook. Take this number to the market's pickup counter to collect and pay for your item.

Online (Versand) (PLZ empty):

1. The bot adds the product to a delivery cart and enters your shipping and billing details.
2. When the item is in stock, it prepares the order and generates a PayPal approval link.
3. You receive that link via Discord webhook -- open it and confirm the payment in PayPal to complete the order.

Common Errors
