Toom -- Click & Reserve

Guest-only in-store reservation (Click & Reserve) on toom.de. No account or login required, no online payment -- you pay at the store when you pick up.

PLZ / Search Radius

Controlled by the PLZ and Max KM fields on the task:

Unlike some other stores, Toom has no nationwide fallback -- a PLZ is required so the bot knows which markets to check.

Setup

1. Profile: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone. No shipping address needed -- this is pickup-only.
2. PLZ field (required): Enter a valid German postal code to search for nearby markets.
3. Max KM: Set a search radius around the PLZ. Increase it if no market is found nearby.
4. Discord Webhook: Configure in Settings to receive reservation confirmations.

How It Works

1. The bot checks product availability across toom Baumärkte within your PLZ radius.
2. Once a market with click & collect enabled and stock is found, the product is reserved there.
3. A guest checkout is completed with your profile details -- no payment is taken.
4. You receive a reservation confirmation with your Abholnummer (pickup number) via Discord webhook. Take this number to the market's pickup counter to collect and pay for your item.

Common Errors

Status	Meaning	Action
Invalid product	Could not extract product details from your input	Enter the full toom.de product URL.
PLZ required	No PLZ was entered on the task	Toom requires a PLZ -- enter a valid 5-digit German postal code.
No store found	No toom Markt with click & collect found near the entered PLZ	Try a larger Max KM radius or double-check the PLZ.
Waiting for restock	Product unavailable at any market in the search area	Retries automatically with your configured delay.
Reserve failed	The market rejected the reservation	Usually a temporary issue, retries automatically.
